Accessibility
Our commitment, what we have done, and what is still outstanding. A practitioner and their clients should both be able to use what we build.
The standard we work to
- We aim at WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the marketing site, the practitioner workspace and the public pages a practice publishes with us.
In place
- Keyboard operation and visible focus on interactive controls.
- Text contrast checked against its own background, including the dark theme.
- Reduced-motion support: animation that conveys nothing essential stops when the operating system asks it to.
- Form labels, error messages tied to their field, and page landmarks.
Known gaps
- Some workspace screens built early still use colour contrast below our target and are being converted.
- We have not completed a full screen-reader pass of every workspace screen.
- Practitioner-authored content — their own copy, images and colours — is under their control, and we surface contrast and alt-text warnings rather than enforcing them.
Reporting a barrier
- Tell us what you were trying to do and what stopped you, through the contact page. An access barrier is treated as a defect, not a feature request.
